    CLAIRE's story

    Senior Yoga Teacher Claire has been doing yoga for 20 years and teaching for 10.

    She started out with yoga as a way of healing her back pain and helping her soothe and manage emotional stress.

    She is an expert in creating accessible classes that get people out of pain and feeling stronger and more flexible. She teaches students around the world via her virtual studio - and face to face in North Wales too.
